Giving back is something I truly care about. I believe in showing up for the community and making a positive impact wherever I can. One quote that has always stayed with me, by Brazilian philosopher Mario Sérgio Cortella, is: 'Do the best you can, in the conditions you have, until you have better conditions to do it even better.'

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, especially as a husband and father to my daughter. You’ll often find me out on the water boating or winding down with my guitar at the end of the day.”
